dj poolboi has shared the video for his latest single ‘la nuit n’en finit plus’, a remake of the 1963 original  by Petula Clark. The track features Clio, who lends her honeyed vocals to the mix, creating an uplifting, retro vibe. ‘la nuit n’en finit plus’ is lifted from poolboi’s upcoming album ‘stay just a while longer’ which is set for release in March 2022.

The Texan-born producer has racked up a substantial number of online plays and has garnered traction from a host of publications. His previous release, deep-melodic house single ‘take me far away’ was a truly inspired single, and is continuing to delight fans.

‘la nuit n’en finit plus’ comes alongside a retro-inspired video, directed by Julie Reynaud (known for creating the first music video for the French-indie band Video Club) The 60’s style video sees Clio taking a night stroll through the city lights, donning her red beret, completely enamoured in her own world.

Speaking of the video, Julie Reynaud tells us: “When minutes seems to be hours in an endless night, what about going out for a nocturnal walk in the city of light celebrating being alive? I think this what is about this music video : turning loneliness from burden to blessing.”

Dj poolboi will kick off an extensive tour next year in support of the new album. Tickets for sale here
