Trentemøller releases a new cover of Christmas song ‘Silent Night’

Fate plays funny tricks on people. This year’s Freelastica´s last press release I’m sharing with you will be a very special one. Trentemøller is responsible for all this. The dark knight that emerged from the Nordic cold has a really sweet spot for Christmas, ever since he was a little boy (confession letter, a few lines below).

The lullaby composed in 1818, that later became one of the Christmas carols “Silent Night” was always in his sights. So Trentemøller has decided now to close a beautifully intense 2019 (new LP “Obverse”, has been a first-time father…) with his particular cover of this ‘Christmas anthem’, featuring his girlfriend Lisbet Fritze.

Now yes, with great love I share with you “Silent Night”, at the same time I’d love to wish you a very Merry Xmas and a wonderful 2020. Without music and your support, I wouldn’t be here today… Always grateful!
