DJ Ten pioneers new genre combining retrowave synths with soothing R&B vocals in ‘Nightfall’ off of his latest EP ‘We Dream Aloud’. He is the talent behind popular Youtube Channel New Retro Wave.

He composed and engineered his latest EP by himself, and features his collaboration with multiple up and coming musicians. His music has over 4 million streams on various sites. Music from his album Retrological 2.0 was picked and featured in the film titled ‘The Demolisher’. DJ Ten developed a love for 80’s music, UK Garage, and Grime during his twelve-year stay in London. That influence is carried in his music today.

He has collaborated with the mysterious Synthwave producer Trevor Something on two successful tracks titled ‘The Inner Voice’ and ‘Viral Lust’. He also has collaborated with rising talented electronic duo Immortal Girlfriend who have been receiving hundreds of thousands of streams. His work has similarities to artists such as Foreigner, Quincy Jones, and Gunship.

DJ Ten elaborates on his latest work,”Nightfall was inspired by many things for me. The key thing being to make a song with retrosynth inspiration, but to also give it a modern vaportrap twist and execution. I love to blend different sounds together that no one expects.”
