Trip-hop duo Kruder & Dorfmeister announce new album 1995

Critically acclaimed trip-hop duo Kruder & Dorfmeister (Peter Kruder and Richard Dorfmeister) have shared that they will be releasing their anticipated album 1995 this October. In the meantime, you can check out their first single to feature on the album called ‘Johnson’. The upcoming 1995 album was mastered by the renowned Bernie Grundman (Steely Dan, Michael Jackson, Dr. Dre)

The duo have sold millions of copies of their albums through the years, and have received hundreds of thousand streams across major music streaming services.  Kruder & Dorfmeister have also been featured in numerous and renowned publications like Pitchfork, DJ Mag, Mixmag, New Yorker, Exclaim!, Medium, Stereogum. Billboard Italy has also sung their praise, and saw them receiving support from BBC Radio 6’s Nemone.

Kruder & Dorfmeister’s sound can range from anything hip hop, rare groove, dub to  new wave. The fantastic result of this mix of genres sits in close comparison to the work of Massive Attack and Tricky Thievery Corporation
