Producer Rose Noir shares EP Bloom and song ‘Hope’

Dynamic producer Rose Noir shared his debut EP Bloom and the song ‘Hope’, both under Halfeti Records on the 28th of October. The Jazz-funk musician resides in Paris, France, where he treads the rewarding path of producing music inspired by ‘70s motion pictures and obscure music libraries.

‘Hope’ has a refreshing sound that is candidly picturesque and emphasises uncensored ‘70s motion picture sound with its dominating orchestral violins. These feel-good violin notes are fused with spirited bass guitars, drums and all the drama expected from Rose Noir. The grandiose violins, introduced towards the beginning of the track, develop the artistic character of the song. Ultimately, the listener engages with the track with curiosity, just like one would engage a renowned library.

Producer Rose Noir details what inspired the EP Bloom: “The music is definitely inspired by ‘70s movies, but also by obscure ‘70s libraries music vinyl which is what music supervisors were using as background music in movies, advertisements, TV shows etc…but also nowadays highly sought after by music enthusiasts and hip-hop producers looking for new materials to sample”.
