Coupled with the deliberate minimalism adopted by the musician in his interpretation of peace into sounds, the ten-track LP is a formidable journey into the peace sought by the musician. Minimalist arrangement dominates each track. Consequently, listeners feel like the entire LP is one track that goes through several minor changes, neither disturbing the auditory senses drastically in these changes or requiring forceful concentration. The LP is both deeply private and fantastically communal because the concept of peace is both personal and communal.

Lycoriscoris tell us the difference between LP Sketches From Memory and his previous work: “While my previous albums, which were created with strong feelings, are important, this album was created with a completely different concept. I wanted to create an album that is as tranquil as the sounds of nature and can be listened to like air”
