Seattle-based duo Modera have released their sublime sophomore album Together, Apart via Enhanced Music’s progressive imprint Colorize.
The 10-track album dropped on 8 August, and features luscious melodic textures, along with razor-sharp progressive sound design. The rapidly ascending pair are known for their atmospheric sound design, and emotionally abundant soundscapes, which form a visceral connection with their listeners and fans. 
Together, Apart follows their outstanding debut album From Walks of Life, which was released in 2023. Together, Apart showcases their artistic evolution and growth, while diving into themes of longing and connection.
The album opens with ‘Prelude’, which beautifully sets the foundation for the rest of the tracks to unfold. Standout tracks such as the shimmering ‘I Don’t Mind’, and the heartfelt ‘All She Wrote’ catapult the album to elevated heights. The emotional pulse of the album is found in a striking collaboration with multi-modal artist Blonde Maze, on the title track ‘Together, Apart’ as well as ‘The Space Between Us’, both of which offer moments of introspection and connection.
Speaking on the album, Modera revealed; “This album is about finding unity in separation. Together, Apart represents the duality of human connection in a modern world—how we drift, how we return, and how music can hold it all.”
