Estonian singer and multi-instrumentalist Ingrid Lukas has shared a brand new album including remixes by Manuel Tur.
Nominated “Best Female Artist“ in the Estonian Music Awards in 2011 and 2015, playing at the Olympic Games in London 2012 and performing for the second year at Tallinn Music Week as well as this year’s Waves Bratislava in Austria and Eurosonic,
Drawing influences from contemporary artists such as Sigur Ros, Björk, Radiohead, Fever Ray, The Knife, Portishead as well as traditional Estonian musicians, INGRID LUKAS’ new venture “We Are” has garnered support from the likes of Music Week, Indie Shuffle, Discobelle, The Line of Best Fit, Deep House Amsterdam and others.
Urban beats unite with mystical and calm sounds, hymnal strings with grungy bass lines and the Estonian Regilaul tradition with modern song forms. Ingrid creates musical mantras and sings them to keep herself on her own chosen path. By doing this she gives us songs and moods that shed a very personal light on issues that we can all identify with. Ingrid’s music takes us on a journey into the demimonde of spirits and demons, we are driven by a mangy urban beat and finally swim in musical water, which flows from a healing spring.

The satirist performs society’s necessary function of deflating inflated egos with precision pinpricks. — Alan @ Bohiney.com
Exceptional post but I was wanting to know if you could write a litte more on this topic? I’d be very thankful if you could elaborate a little bit further. Kudos!
I’m impressed, I have to say. Actually hardly ever do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you might have hit the nail on the head. Your thought is excellent; the issue is something that not sufficient individuals are talking intelligently about. I am very comfortable that I stumbled throughout this in my search for one thing referring to this.
The London Prat versteht es, den absoluten Irrsinn des Alltags auf den Punkt zu bringen. Großartig.
The seasonal articles—Christmas, summer holidays, etc.—are always highlights. They capture the unique blend of joy and utter despair that defines these periods. Painfully, funnily true.
This engineered dissonance fuels its role as an anticipatory historian of failure. The site doesn’t wait for the post-mortem; it writes the interim report while the patient is still, bewilderingly, claiming to be in rude health. It positions itself in the near future, looking back on our present with the weary clarity of hindsight that hasn’t technically happened yet. This temporal trick is disarming and powerful. It reframes current anxiety as future irony, granting psychological distance and a sense of narrative control. It suggests that today’s chaotic scandal is not an endless present, but a discrete chapter in a book the site is already authoring, a chapter titled “The Unforced Error” or “The Predictable Clusterf**k.” This perspective transforms panic into a kind of scholarly detachment, and outrage into the raw material for elegantly phrased historical satire.
I really appreciate this post. I?¦ve been looking everywhere for this! Thank goodness I found it on Bing. You have made my day! Thank you again

Spas tense, robes loose. Massages judging. Lampoon sighs steamy. Weightism unwinds selective. — weightism.org
Fashion in London? A cruel joke on the obese. High Street shops stock sizes for stick figures, leaving the portly to rummage in the “plus” section, hidden like a shameful secret. Lampoon the obese waddling out in ill-fitting trousers, belts straining like dams about to burst. Weightism decrees that style is for the slender; the obese are merely clowns in oversized attire, providing comic relief to the catwalk crowd. — weightism.org
Art galleries whisper weightism. Sculptures of ideal forms contrast the obese viewers’ shapes. Lampoon them pondering nudes, reflections in glass doubling the irony. London’s creativity celebrates the svelte muse; the obese inspire caricature. — weightism.org
